プライバシーポリシー

Movis（以下「本アプリ」）は、Motoki Oishi（Tailstone）が個人で開発・運営しています。 法人組織ではありません。本ポリシーは、本アプリがどの情報を扱い、どの情報を扱わないかを説明するものです。

撮影した映像・音声・切り出した画像は、端末の外に出ません。 本アプリはサーバを持たず、アカウント登録もログインもありません。 映像の合成もフレームの切り出しも、すべてお使いの端末の中だけで行われます。

1. 本アプリが収集しない情報

次の情報を、開発者が取得することはありません。

写真ライブラリへのアクセスは、撮影した動画と切り出した画像の保存、および アプリ内のギャラリー表示のためだけに使用します。読み取った内容が端末外へ送信されることはありません。

2. 広告について

本アプリは無料で提供するため、Google LLC が提供する Google AdMob による広告を配信しています。 広告の配信と成果測定のために、AdMob が広告識別子（IDFA）等を利用します。

停止方法iOS の「設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング」で本アプリのトラッキングを許可しないことにより、パーソナライズされた広告を停止できます。本アプリの設定画面「広告のプライバシー設定」からも同意内容を変更できます。停止しても本アプリの機能は制限されません。

3. トラッキングの同意について

初回起動時に、広告に関する同意フォーム（Google User Messaging Platform）と、 Apple の App Tracking Transparency（トラッキングの許可を求めるダイアログ）を順に表示します。 どちらも「許可しない」を選べます。選択後も、本アプリの設定画面 「広告のプライバシー設定」からいつでも変更できます。

4. App Store で公開している情報との対応

App Store の「App のプライバシー」では、次のとおり申告しています。

5. お問い合わせでいただいた情報

サポートページのフォームからお問い合わせをいただいた場合、 入力されたお名前（任意）・メールアドレス・お問い合わせ内容を、開発者のメールアドレス宛に送信します。 あわせて、いたずら送信を防ぐ目的で、送信元の IP アドレスとブラウザの種別を記録します。

これらを返信および不具合の調査以外の目的に使用することはなく、第三者に提供することもありません。 フォームを使わずにお問い合わせいただく場合は、App Store の Movis のページに記載の連絡先をご利用ください。

6. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは 13 歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。App Store の「子ども向け」カテゴリでの配信も行っておらず、 子ども向けの取り扱い（COPPA に基づくもの）としての設定も行っていません。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

内容を変更した場合は、このページの最終更新日を改めます。重要な変更がある場合は、 アプリの更新情報でもお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

Movis (the "App") is developed and operated by Motoki Oishi (Tailstone), an individual developer, not a company. This policy explains what the App handles and, just as importantly, what it does not.

Your recordings never leave your device. The App has no server, no account and no sign-in. Compositing and frame extraction happen entirely on your iPhone or iPad.

1. What the App does not collect

The developer never receives any of the following:

Photo library access is used solely to save your recordings and extracted stills, and to list them in the in-app gallery. Nothing read from your library is sent anywhere.

2. Advertising

The App is free, and is funded by ads served through Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC. AdMob uses your advertising identifier (IDFA) and similar data to deliver and measure ads.

How to opt outDeny tracking for the App under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on iOS. You can also change your consent at any time from "Ad privacy settings" inside the App. Opting out does not limit any feature.

3. Consent

On first launch the App shows a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform), followed by Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You may decline both, and you can change your choice at any time from "Ad privacy settings" in the App.

5. Information you send us

When you write to us through the form on the support page, your name (optional), email address and message are delivered to the developer's mailbox. Your IP address and browser type are also recorded, solely to prevent abuse of the form.

We use this only to reply and to investigate, never share it with third parties. If you would rather not use the form, the contact address on the Movis App Store page also reaches us.

6. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. It is not distributed in the App Store Kids Category and is not configured for child-directed treatment under COPPA.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page, and note significant changes in the App's release notes.
